Are you a Cost Control professional with experience in railway or highway projects?
We are looking for a Jr. Cost Control Specialist to join a major railway project in Dammam, KSA.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control on railway or highway projects (mandatory).
• Solid knowledge of cost control methodologies, financial systems, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Primavera P6 (for cost integration), and ERP systems.
• Good command of English (mandatory).
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Experience in KSA or the Middle East will be an advantage.
